    It’s a big, cumbersome mess. The touch screen is not at all responsive or user friendly. The ink is hard to find. Keep looking…I wish I had.

    Chose this printer from the AirPrint list from Apple’s website as a gift for my iPad loving mom. Went through the unboxing and set up, come to find out that it can only print from a Lexmark app at has to be installed, and then only photos and websites that are accessed from in the app. No e-mail, no using the print button… Useless! Will be returning this and trying to find something fully compatible. Shame on Apple for not qualifying the items on their list. I’m sure it is an okay printer, but NOT for iPad or iPhone users.

    This unit replaced a Epson Stylus RX500 we had. The Lexmark is much more user friendly and easy to use.This printer is easy to setup and the functions are intuitive. The two sided printing option is a boon and the few issues we had were quickly resolved by the knowlegeable tech support staff.
